At ma peau, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each phone case is designed with love and care, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.
If you'd like to return an item, simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@mapeau.com. We’ll guide you through the process and work to resolve any problems quickly. If you received the wrong case or notice any defects, please include a photo and a brief description in your email—we promise we’ll take care of it!
A Quick Note on Personalized Products:
Since each personalized case is custom-made just for you, we unfortunately can’t offer returns or exchanges unless there's a clear manufacturer’s defect. These one-of-a-kind designs are as unique as you, which means we can’t resell them.
Before returning any item, please contact us so we can assist. Any returns sent without prior communication may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed through your original payment method. Please note, shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility.
